Before I met Lindsay, I thought I was pretty healthy, because I could walk 60 miles in three days, or walk a marathon in 7-1/2 hours. I believed that a person of my age should slow down and accept having a little extra weight. I am a breast cancer survivor and allowed myself to over indulge and thought that was okay.

The training and weight loss may have saved my life. The breast cancer returned, and I had decided to have a mastectomy. My surgery went exceedingly well, do to my physical fitness. My recovery should go equally as well. My medical team has stated that I am an A-typical patient, with my health and positive attitude and should be back on track in no time. Now I have a goal to complete a Half Ironman.

When you’re ready, contact us for a free 15-30 minute consultation. That’s the first step of a 3-month journey that focuses on the fundamentals and avoids diet fads.

  • Your first session is a two-hour mix of education, planning and goal setting.
  • Included are a guided grocery shopping trip and/or an in-kitchen consultation (optional).
  • Meet weekly for the first four weeks, then every other week to assess progress, modify the plan, and learn the science behind your new lifestyle change.
