In endurance sports, the concept of “strength and conditioning” can vary from coach to coach. After meeting Clay and hearing about his training philosophy, I decided to give it a shot. Clay worked with both our Nordic skiing and Track & Field teams. Some of the biggest improvements were with our female athletes, who went from regionally competitive to becoming some of the top athletes in the state.

First of all, let’s have a phone call, or coffee (or beer…) and make sure we’re a good fit. We want to build a partnership with you. Let’s set up a time to chat.

  • We come to your facility for a 2-day coach’s only clinic to work with your equipment and resources.
  • Two intensive 8-hour days combine hands-on training and academic fundamentals.
  • We cover the Fundamentals of Performance, Strength Training, Injury Prevention, Nutrition, and Programming – among others.

What You Get From a Clinic
