WHO WE ARE

Ektelo Athletics specializes in working directly with coaches. We take scientific research, personal experience, and proven methods and distill it into something useable. We designed our plug and play approach to strength and conditioning with the volunteer or part-time Sports Coach and Tactical Leader in mind. We’re not here to take over – instead we supplement what your athletes are already doing!

Individual Athletes – if you’re interested in 1-on-1 Coaching or Nutrition Coaching, we do that too!
